Barbeque Ribs
Spare ribs are the cheapest meat you can find. I wonder why?
Ribs are truly excellent, especially when barbequed.
Prepare the meat as fresh as possible. If you cannot barbeque
with charcoals, an electric barbeque will do.
Ingredients
For
two:
700
g ribs
olive oil
salt
ground black pepper
thyme
sugar
lemon juice
Instructions
1. Cut the meat into smaller pieces so
that the width of each piece does not exceed 2 cm. (This is
to avoid burning the surface and to make sure the pieces will
be properly cooked.)
2. Prepare the marinade. Let the meat
absorb the taste.
3. Barbeque the ribs. Turn the pieces
every once and a while. After some time, add more marinade to
the surface and when the meat is almost ready, you can add some
lemon juice for extra taste.
4. Serve with grilled vegetables, boiled
potatoes and salad, for instance.
