Pea & Bacon Pasta
This recipe, too, comes from Milan. It's simple and easy to
cook, so it makes a perfect Sunday lunch.
Ingredients
For
two:
1 large onion chopped into small pieces
1 package of bacon (140 g)
1/3 tsp ground black pepper
1 bag of frozen peas (200 g)
olive oil
spaghetti
parmesan
Instructions
1. Cook the spaghetti.
2. In the meanwhile, fry the onion in
olive oil.
3. Cut the bacon into 1-2 cm pieces and
add to the pan.
4. Add black pepper and keep on frying
until the bacon is cooked and the onions have a little golden
brown colour.
5. Add the peas and fry for a couple
of more minutes.
6. Mix the ready-made spaghetti into
the pan.
7. Serve
with plenty of parmesan.
