Pork and Capsicum
Another easy wok that tastes just great.
Ingredients
For
two:
200 g pork, cut into small slices
1 tsp rice wine (or dry sherry)
2 tsp corn starch mixed with 1 tbsp water
salt and black pepper
1/2 green capsicum, chopped into 2 cm chunks
1/2 red capsicum, chopped into 2 cm chunks
8 cm leek, chopped
2-3 cm ginger, sliced
1 tbsp rice wine (or dry sherry)
1 tsp soy sauce
1,5 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp corn starch mixed with 1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp sugar
4 tbsp water
4 tbsp oil
Instructions

Cut the meat into small thin slices.

Mix 1 tsp rice wine into the corn starch. Add some salt and
pepper. Add the meat and mix well.

Chop the capsicums, ginger and leek.

In a small bowl mix the rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce,
corn starch, sugar and water. Some salt and pepper can be added,
too, if you like.

Heat the oil in a wok pan. Add the ginger and meat. Stir fry
until the meat is turning brown.
6.
Add the capsicum and fry for two minutes.
7.
Add the leek. Stir fry for a moment and add the sauce. Mix and
fry for some more time, until the meat is tender and the capsicums
still crisp.
8.
Serve with rice.
