Grilled Chicked with Hoisin Sauce
Chicken marinated in a hoisin sauce is really good grilled.
Ingredients
For
two or three:
1/2-1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 clove of garlic, crushed
900 g chicken legs or wings
Instructions
1.
Put the chicken pieces in a kettle and pour in boiling water
until the chicken is completely covered. Bring to boil and let
it simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.

In the meanwhile prepare the marinade. Mix the sesame oil, hoisin
sauce and crushed garlic in a bowl.

Lift the chicken from the water. Coat the chicken pieces with
the sauce.
4.
Heat the grill. Barbeque the chicken until the surface is crispy
but not too burned.
5.
Serve at once.
