Pak Choi and Mushrooms
This quick wok is a good supplement to main dishes.
Ingredients
For
two:
1 tbsp oil
5 large champignons, chopped
4 pak chois, cut into two or three
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp corn starch mixed with 2 tsp water
Instructions
1.
Heat the oil in a wok pan. Add garlic, pak choi and champignons.
Stir fry for two minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and cover with a lid.
3.
Stir occasionally. Add a drop of water if the wok dries too
much. Fry for five minutes or until the vegetables have softened.
4.
Serve.
