Mozzarella Pasta
This recipe comes from Milan. Like rucola pasta, mozzarella
pasta is made out of fresh ingredients. The taste is mild but
delicious.
Ingredients
For
two:
3
tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 mozzarella cheese
basil leaves
3-4 tbsp olive oil
spaghetti
Instructions
1. Wash the tomatoes and basil leaves.
2. Chop the tomatoes, mozzarella and
garlic.
3. Mix the tomatoes, mozzarella, garlic,
basil leaves, and olive oil.
4. Let the ingredients draw taste from
each other as you cook the pasta.
5. When tha pasta is cooked, pour in
the ingredients and mix well. (You can do this quickly in the
pan on the hot stove, but be careful not to let the mozzarella
melt.)
6. Serve warm.
