Salmon Curry
This fish curry recipe goes great with an oily fish such as
salmon.
Ingredients
For
two:
3 tbsp
oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
3-4 green chillies, chopped
3-4 garlic cloves, crushed
3 cm ginger, chopped
1,5 tsp cumin powder
1,5 tsp coriander powder
200 g coconut milk
300 g salmon
Masala:
1 tsp cumin powder
1,5 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 turmeric
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Mix the masala into a paste and spread it evenly on the salmon
filets.
2.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add all the other ingredients except
the coconut milk and salmon. Fry on a medium heat for five minutes.

Add the coconut milk and bring to boil.
4.
Slip the salmon into the pan, lower the heat and fry on both
sides for five minutes covered under a lid.
5.
Squeeze some lemon juice on the fish and serve with rice.
